Wymagania
- Ability to motivate sales people and yourself for challenging sales targets

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong international working approach with high cross cultural sensitivity.
- High ability to interact with all levels of senior company representatives in the client and industry landscape.
- Customer focused
Skills:
- University Degree of Food-Science or Environmental Science.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of successful sales experience in food safety or environmental services.
- Established customer-relations in at least one of the customer groups.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Open minded for client-needs and internal team-playing.
Opis stanowiska
- Organisation and management of Agrolab sales activities in Poland
- Responsible for revenue growth in Poland
- Developing sales skills and personal abilities of the sales persons
- Developing and monitoring the individual sales targets for sales-persons in accordance with the market strategy of Agrolab Product Manager
- Own sales activities focused on Key Accounts in the region.
- Supporting Agrolab Product-Management to develop new business and products
- Reporting new development in the market to General Management

The position clearly needs a highly self managed person with own sales and management skills. You work in a small team with direct personal contact to the general management of the Agrolab-Group.
